Balanced attack leads Georgia over Florida

Athens, GA (Sports Network) - Kentavious Caldwell-Pope paced five Georgia players in double digits with 18 points, and the Bulldogs used that balanced attack to upset 12th-ranked Florida, 76-62, on Saturday.

Caldwell-Pope added five rebounds and four steals.

Gerald Robinson had 15 points, seven assists and four rebounds for Georgia (13-15, 4-10 SEC), while Donte' Williams and Dustin Ware supplied 11 points apiece. Nemanja Djurisic finished with 10 points and six boards for a Bulldogs squad that lost by 22 in Gainesville on January 10th.

Georgia snapped a three-game losing streak and won for just the third time in the last 18 meetings with Florida.

Bradley Beal recorded a double-double for the Gators (22-7, 10-4), posting game-highs of 19 points and 12 rebounds.

Florida suffered its first loss in four games, but maintained a one-game lead over Vanderbilt in its pursuit of securing the second seed in the conference tournament.
